SILD imported approximately 15,000 CY of structural fill to complete the 150,000 square foot building pad.
SILD took the heavily wooded tract to 60 completed building pads with necessary roads, utilities and drainage to begin construction.
The Grand Bees community by Lennar Homes features an 2.5 acre amenity center complete with a junior size olympic swimming pool.

Site package for an automotive faciltiy located in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Scope included erosion control, clearing, underground retention system, storm drainage, asphalt paving, and site concrete.
New box culvert construction in Summerville, SC. Work consisted of bypassing freshwater stream, removing existing roadway, pre cast structures, cast in place wing walls, and road construction.
Site package for a new education facility located in West Ashley, SC. Work consists of mass grading, parking lot construction, building pad, storm drainage, utilities, and site concrete.
Site improvements project on the campus of Ladson Elementary School. Consisting of demolition, additional sidewalks, storm drainage, and fire access road.
The goal of this project was to increase drainage capacity of existing storm drain, while adding additional drainage to the campus. The existing 3 acre drainage lake, had to be lowered several feet in elevation, to deepen the lake.
Scope of work included installing large diameter reinforced concrete pipe, inside existing outfall ditches. Requiring several large excavators, and wheel loaders to deliver on schedule.
