SILD has a large range of excavation capabilities. Excavating retention ponds for storm water management. Removing excess or unsuitable soils to provide a structural working platform. With a fully integrated GPS control system, SILD ensures accurate and timely excavations.
SILD was selected as the site contractor for CSU’s new Science & Engineering Building by Trident Construction.
SILD imported approximately 15,000 CY of structural fill to complete the 150,000 square foot building pad.
SILD took the heavily wooded tract to 60 completed building pads with necessary roads, utilities and drainage to begin construction.
The Grand Bees community by Lennar Homes features an 2.5 acre amenity center complete with a junior size olympic swimming pool.
SILD was selected by Lennar Homes to complete the Limehouse Village Amenity Center site package.
Highlights from this project include SILD grading crews fine graded and paved 7,000 square yards within a week to meet the owner’s tight deadline.
Working on an active school campus required all land clearing and heavy earth moving work be completed during the summer vacation period.
This site was a challenge in that multiple previous school expansions created many unknown utility conflicts.
Approximately, 30,000 cubic yards of dirt was excavated within the first three months of operation.
The St. Andrew’s PSD project was unique in that the site had been previously used as a wastewater treatment facility and a residential landfill.
